Location Goals
This location is designed to be a welcoming “third space” where teens and young adults can relax, de‑stress, and feel truly supported in their day‑to‑day lives. It will serve as a safe, reliable drop‑in center where youth can talk openly about mental health, build coping skills, and be reminded that they never have to face challenges alone. By connecting young people with peers, caring adults, and accessible resources, the space aims to foster a strong sense of community in the SW Metro and make it easier to reach out for help when it’s needed.

Future Expected Activities
At the drop-in center, we plan to host a wide variety of activities that help young people relax, connect, and recharge. Expected offerings include visits with therapy dogs, yoga, Pilates, and general workouts to support both physical and emotional wellness. We will also have plenty of low-pressure, fun options like board games, puzzles, and movie nights, along with guided meditation sessions to help manage stress. To make the space even more welcoming, food will be available so teens and young adults can hang out, refuel, and enjoy time together in a comfortable environment.
