About Us
Also recognized as Thumbs Up SW Metro, as we are an affilliate of Thumbs Up based in Elk River. We service the SW Minneapolis Metro area, specifically Chaska, Chanhassen, and Victoria areas. Slam The Stigma aims to help teens and young adults manage their mental health. By providing awareness, support, and resources, we want everyone to understand they are not alone and it is ok to ask for help.
Securing A Location
Community is vital in helping manage mental health. We are looking for friends in the communtiy to help us invest in our first location. This will be a place where high school teens can come to build community, learn healthy habits and have a safe space to talk about mental health.
