Also recognized as Thumbs Up SW Metro, as we are an affilliate of Thumbs Up based in Elk River. We service the SW Minneapolis Metro area, specifically Chaska, Chanhassen, and Victoria areas. Slam The Stigma aims to help teens and young adults manage their mental health. By providing awareness, support, and resources, we want everyone to understand they are not alone and it is ok to ask for help.

We now have an office and a location for our drop-ins. Our address is 812 Walnut Place, Chaska, MN 55318. Please contact us if you are looking to drop in. High School Drop In
Our high school drop-ins are every Saturday from 11:00-2:00 (subject to change, please check our events calendar to confirm dates and time). During these times we do fun activites and excercises that help our mental health and releave stress.
